Silicone Strip is coming off my SB

Hi!
The white silicone strip, where the blade hits, is coming off. Can I glue it permanently with a strong epoxy adhesive? I see that I can purchase a replacement, but it says to "Please seepertinent learnign center for repalcement instructions." *also, this is how it reads with 3 type-o's*...just saying.
I went on the learning center, but couldn't find any instructions to replace it.

So - a good silicone glue or even Scor-Tape. Hope that helps.
