I need some help, PLEASE!!!

My velocity and force change on their own when I start my cut. Then I pause to change them and the SB freezes up in pause mode. I am using MTC software. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I very new to the SB and I purchased it used on this forum. Thanks

I have reset to factory presets and it is still doing it.

Sorry, just got on line to check the forum. I regularly use MTC so anytime you are anyone is having an issue feel free to send me a PM from here or the MTC forum - I can't always "quickly" reply but I may be able to. Glad you got it figured out. I assume that you had it set to use settings in the software its self which were overriding anything you were setting on the machine its self. If you unclick to use the software settings it will use those set on the machine its self.
