Has anyone cut thin foam board?

Has anyone cut thin foam board?

Postby balloonafair » June 8th, 2015, 10:49 am

I bought my machine thinking it would and thought I did my research but I can't seem to get it to work. I am a newbie for sure. I am using the 60 long blade. I can cut fun foam. And I get the foam board in under the rollers but it either will not cut all the way through or it rips the paper coating. Any help would be great: settings, etc.

Because it is thicker, I would try raising the whole blade housing up a little. so there is more room for it to move around. You might then have to adjust the blade height also. And maybe multiple cuts because it is going thru board, foam and board.

Thank you, and yes there is some trial and error. The test cut button will be one of your best friends.
