Grinding noise & mat not loading - please help

Hi there,

I turned on my 24 inch Silver Bullet today and tried to load the mat with the machine offline, the machine made a loud grinding noise when I tried to move it forwards or backwards using the buttons. Side to side was fine. When I stopped pressing the buttons it made a fast, loud ticking sound and I quickly turned it off.

I have tried resetting the machine twice and it hasn't made any difference. The machine does the same thing without the mat inserted and with the pinch wheels raised. I can roll the metal pinch wheels/roller heads with my fingers but they do not roll when using the buttons, instead I get the grinding noise. Please help, the machine was working well a couple of days ago. I'm wondering if it's jammed inside but would I wouldn't know where to start with unscrewing things.
