Size of Cuts not accurate

Please help!

I just bought my 3rd Silver Bullet for my business. I unpacked my new one today and went to cut an existing file and it was not sized correctly. The length was accurate with the width was short. So I opened a new file tried just cutting a 3". I got a square that was 2 7/8" x 3". I plugged that computer into an existing machine and cut the same file - I got a 3" x 3" square. What is going on? I checked the settings under the Menu button and they are where they should be, and the same as my other machines.

What is going on?? I am so frustrated!
