Problems with Registration Marks in SCAL

can anyone help. I get to Locate the Top-Left Registration Mark
Position the Laser so that it is over the center of the printed registration mark at the top-left of the design.
Click OK or the Next button to proceed to the next step.
and my machine NO longer responds to my keyboard using the software.... help please!!!
