Congrats Sherri and Dawn!!!!! This is so awesome.. but what I like the best.... the KNK Zing is second, and their customer service only got an 8.13, while the Silver Bullet got a whopping 10!!!!!!!!! I think that speaks VOLUMES about the customer service from both Sherri and Dawn, compared to you know who. And the fact that the KNK Maxx isn't even on the list speaks for itself as well...
