Control panel

Control panel

Postby Bernardette » February 27th, 2013, 1:01 am

The buttons on the control panel (Online and direction buttons) are very hard to push and I am worried that they are going to fail. Is this a common fault?

It took TWO HOURS? WOW...I need to get people new instructions. I have replaced one in less then 20 minutes. I am glad it is going great now! We have had three failures out of the entire shipment but anyone let me know if it happens to you. The buttons are VERY hard to push. No one has failed and I doubt they will, they will just keep getting harder to push. It had to do with the chip in the control panel.

there's no problem with the instruction you gave me. maybe its just my cautious attitude (OCD). :hide:
though i had a difficulty passing through the 2nd hole (frame hole) with the wide wire. other than that, everything should be very easy/fast to work on.

Great news, Soraya! I had to replace a control panel on one of my Cougars. I was a bit intimidated at first, but found that it was quite easy with the instructions. Didn't even need help from DH. (but I had him on standby, just in case!)
