I have gone to the device manager and set my silver bullet up it is on com 4 and when I open scal and try to cut with the silver bullet it goes to my cougar which is on com3. I have selected the silver bullet as my cutter but it has no com 4 in the drop down just com 3.

I thought I remembered RachellAnn saying that you can't have both the Cougar and the Silver Bullet plugged in at the same time and use SCAL. I don't remember what post that was in, and I don't remember if she found a solution, but I can remember her saying she needed to unplug the cougar to run the Silver Bullet.

correct scal does not like them both to be plugged in at the same time in order for scal to find the machine of your choice unplug one the always select auto and it will find your cutter you have plugged in. same as MTC you can't run them both since they both user the same drivers.
Helping where I can when I can.
Using a 24" Silver Bullet Pro and also have a 18" Cougar
