Those are all beautiful. I like the way the extra piece was used both in front and in back of the main card. This is one that can be used for absolutely anything. Thanks for sharing your creativity!

Here is my Double Dutch Card. I made it a bit differently. I welded one of Penny's Shaplies on to the original to alter the shape, and attached the bottom differently. This card has so many possibilites. The new to me technique that I tried was tissue paper stamping and making my own background paper for the stamped areas. I printed an old newsprint paper, and used lots of inks and watercolor tube paints to grundge it up. I stamped on white tissue paper, crumpled the image and applied it with YES paste. Then I applied some more inks so the tissue would match the background. Not sure it was worth all the effort, but I had fun making the mess.

Thanks for taking me out of my comfort zone, Suzan!

Here is my attempt. What I did that was new to me was I cut out a shamrock, put it between two 1.5 inch memory glass slides and used my Melting Pot with pewter UTEE to create a faux soldering look.

the quote inside says "May those who love us, love us. And those that don't, may God turn their ankles, so we will know them by their limping." This is a favorite family quote.

That looks awesome, Mary. Love the idea to use the UTEE for faux soldering! Looks like I'll have to move a melting pot to the top of my list!
