Challenge 6 - Treat box card

HELP!!! I am trying to put Rachell's box card together but I am not sure how it is supposed to look! LOL Help this poor deprived gal out and show a picture or something LOL

well I figured out the box its self on my own, there a pieces that need to be cut to create a flap so the top folds down in case anyone else is wondering.
