I would love to. The only one I have made so far is the "T" however. Do you want the "T" and the name Thompson?

I feel the same way, Christy. I am avoiding the vinyl as long as I can.

Besides my granddaughters are here so no crafing for me until they leave - so I will have a lot of catching up to do on Saturday and Sunday. Although the 10 yr old and I may steal some craft time together tomorrow....... I am hoping!!

Love checking in and seeing all you are doing!

Here is mine, it has 3 of the candy canes with bows going around the tumbler. I am giving it to a friend or family member and put candy canes or peppermints or something like that in it for Christmas.

Shirltop's tile is made using Anabel font. You cannot download it from the web for free. Just do a google search.

ETA: I misstyped! You CAN dl from web for free. :hide:

I really like the tile, Christy - it is simple and elegant.

And Sheri - the tumbler is really cute and love the idea of filling it with peppermints - great idea!

Christy...you just tell everyone that there is a defect in the glaze on the tile that you didn't notice before you put the vinyl on, or you would have picked another one! Duh! :D
Seriously, if you heat the vinyl up some with a hairdryer, it should smooth right out with your fingers while it is warm. ;)

great tip. I know when they hung vinyl wallpaper on our wall at work, they didn't press out all the bubbles. They said if they did - it would stretch. After about 3 days it dried and the bubbles were all gone. I know (our vinyl is not wet) but I had to tell the story - high on caffine today and you would be terribly scared if you could see my mind working!!

I got a challenge done! Woo Hoo. Thankfully, doing this tile was on my list to get done before my trip to Atlanta and it fits this category, so I am happy. It is for my dear sister and her husband. They are married 32 years today. Thanks for the challenge Maxine.
