In keeping with the Christmas spirit, I made a Christmas card of a plastic transparency and used faux metal for the front. (Just fyi, faux metal is glossy cardstock which is colored with alcohol inks. It was a case of using what I had on hand.)
I modified Penny Duncan's screen door card for the front, and used her little hinges (all in faux metal) for an old-fashioned look. (Thank you, Penny!)
I wasn't sure how stamping would turn out on the acrylic, but it worked just fine with stayz-on ink. I came across a snarled length of fine copper wire in one of my little drawers, and decided it would make a nice wreath. I just made a hole and smushed it into a wreath shape.
Now to see if I can upload the photos...
