I love these shape books! Mary, where have you found the time? I can only imagine what you would accomplish with no wedding approaching! And just a thought, maybe if you put the ring through the ball on Santa's hat? Would that work better?

Very cute book, Mary! I see what you mean about the rings for the binding. Bummer. But it still looks great!!

Stole this idea from Christy. Still want to add pages, and laminate, etc.

Oh man, can't believe I didn't get this uploaded in time. It just took darn long to upload all the photos for it. Oh well.

You did a super job. I am going to do one also, but I was planning on cutting around the white part, then the colored shapes and tape a recipe on each side to make them double sided. Maybe not. This looks too good.

Thanks guys. It was all done as print and cut. Pretty easy, once I got them printed out. Some of the recipes really seemed to bog MTC down. That was the time consuming part. I definitely want to get all the recipes printed out, plus some more of my own, so I have them all in one place. I will put it on a ring, so I can add to it as I please. And I messed up one of the recipes as I placed it on the page before printing, so I need to redo that one too.

I thought about that, but since I was making this with my grandkids in mind, I wanted something a little more sturdy. I will try one with the ring in the hat.

Lisa-I love the story book!

Thanks for all the compliments!
