Challenge 27- Retta's Christmas Challenge

The challenge is listed in the PDF I made for the challenge. You will find the attached file and pictures of the example of what I made to do this challenge also. The PDF file is a large file, but only because of the pictures showing step by step to be able to follow the instructions in Inkscape. This doesn't really take that long if you just follow the steps.

Hope you are able to learn to do new things and have a lot of fun.

Tips
1. Save the file working on after each step.
2. Take your time and have fun.
3. If you have a question, let me know!
4. Make this your own. It does not have to look exactly like mine.

I am having a hard time reading, but I will try to stay on top of any questions. Blessings

Actually this could be a card. In my case - this is made to overlay a scrapbook page 12 x 12. There are Holly leaves and the outline of an ornament. The inside frame is made to place a picture behind it.

Thanks GiGi!!

I hope I am still within the rules! I originally had just the frame, but Nicki made me spice it up. ;)

Fit to be tied! I was cutting out my frame tonight and it went through about 2/3 of the way nicely, and then started to shred everything...sure enough a little piece of cardstock was stuck up in the blade holder...too late to do it again now so I'll try tomorrow, or the next day, after work... grrrr...
