I know this is a cutting forum, but I thought I'd switch things up a bit and talk about another favourite pastime of mine: ping pong! Specifically, I want to talk about improving your backhand technique.

I've been playing ping pong for a few years now, and one thing I've noticed is that many players struggle with their backhand. It can be tough to generate power and accuracy, and it's easy to fall into bad habits.
