Yes, I'm okay, not any where near the fire. It is north of me by about 20 miles, and lots of town between me and the fire. I can see the smoke from my route, and I took a couple of pictures with my cell phone today. My route is about 10 miles north of where I live, and I can't see the smoke as much at my house as I can from my route.

From what I have heard, there are bout 92 homes that are a total loss, 412 are in the fire zone. However, I heard today that the fire was backtracking, and hitting some of the homes that it missed the first time through. Here is a map of the area, the red circle is where the fire is. It isn't burning the entire area of the circle, I'm not sure just how big it is, but that is just the part of town where it is burning. The blue circle is the area of town where my route is, and the black circle is where I live... so not close at all.

Thanks for the pics and checking in. Glad you are far away from it. The pictures have been devastating. I hate wildfires........those poor people.

Glad your route is not too near either - hope it stays that way. Please stay safe.

Glad the fires seem to be getting under control. I was away from the tv and my laptop for a couple of days, so didn't see this fire on the news until this morning. I thought of you immediately, Diane. So good to know it didn't affect you.
Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
