Thank God the casualties have been revised for now.......but they are still searching. Just watching the devastation is hard to wrap my brain around.......

I got hold of all my family last night. It took our son about 7 hours to get home. He was in Kingfisher. He had to take the truck back to Goldsby....south of Norman and then drive to Edmond without being able to use I-35. Everybody else was okay too. Edmond is about 30 minutes north of Moore.

sharon, so thankful your son was okay. We just got a line of thunderstorms, but that is all it was ....Thank goodness. The wind before the storm hit was a bit strong but the storm is moving fast. We are now on the backside of the storm. Electricity is out at my grandmother's house....I get a text message!!! It tells me when the electricity is off and when to expect it to come back on. Good thing I am not there because it's not expected to come back on until 6 a.m. Dad's house just got a flicker. Tomorrow we are expecting more. I think that the storm had weakened by the time it reached us.

Lots of thunderstorms today but fortunately (at least for my area) no tornadoes.

Stay safe everyone.
Thanks!

You must be so relieved, Sharon! Hope the worst is over for now. We got some thunderstorms overnight, but we almost never get the severe storms that other parts of the country deal with. I'll take 3 feet of snow over tornadoes any day!
Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Still praying for everyone. This is the season :( !!! It takes so long to rebuild and try to replace what you can. And so much you can never replace.
