Is medium weight chipboard? When watching some of the videos from The Gentleman Crafter, he mentions using medium weight chipboard, but I'm not sure just how thick it is...so any one have any ideas??

I don't know what an exact answer is. I think cereal box is considered liteweight chip board type material. But there are so many brands out there I wouldn't know

Diane - Tyler has the .20 & .30 chipboard in his store. Both cut great just use the 60+ long shaft blade. I have also used the Recollections brand from Michael's in the 12x12. It cuts great for me and I have used it for several box type applications and books and have had really good results with it (sturdiness).

Thanks Lisa, I got some of the chipboard from Tyler ages ago, but don't remember what thickness it is. I may have to place another order and get some of the .30 just to be sure I have some. Until I get more comfortable with making boxes I will keep using the cheap ( free since it was used to bundle a mailing a while back) stuff that I have.
