This machine is so amazing, I just cut 15" x 54" vinyl on the roll, at a speed of 800. This was a full width and length cutting of skulls. Very little space in between, Can you believe it. It went whoosh and cut perfectly. I also did prior to that, a sheet with sword blades. 150 pieces on the roll. No problems at all.
This machine has made this project go very very quickly. Oh yes one other thing. I started with a used blade and only put a new one in to cut all the vinyl. And my mat with a renu sheet on it only had to be cleaned once during the whole process. I have cut out 100 treasure boxes. 48 Sails with shadow layers, 48 Mast's 150 Tiny skulls (vinyl), 100 large Skulls in vinyl, A ton of pirate names, and signs for the holes where they have to do special things. I really am blown away by this machine.

Isn't it AWESOME Suzan!!??? I have cut vinyl like that for the aluminum signs I've been doing (so far I've done 4 total - a 3'x4' single sided/single color, a 3'x5' double sided/single color, a 4'x4' single/5 colors and a 4'x6' single5 colors) and before I can get through with the weeding on 1 part...the other is waiting for me to remove it from the machine and feed it some more...kinda like the cookie monster LOL I LOVE it!!

I know Lisa, it is like a rush watching it cut. Except I even walk away because I never have a skewing issue at all. My bosse's wife came over last Saturday and watched what this machine could do and it never even hiccuped. Cookie Monster. Love it.

That is awesome,Suzan. What a lot of cutting. Cannot wait to see the final project. Am sure they will all be thrilled with the pirate themed adventure you are creating.

And I agree - this machine works faster than I do - rarely am I waiting for it to finish!!!

Have fun!

Ok here we go, this is just a couple of pictures of the decortations. There were at least 50 - 100 items except for the center pieces. Everyone was blown away and loved it. The men in the tournament had a blast playing pirates. We don't have the actual tournament pictures yet. I didn't take them someone else did.

Thank you Ladies, You are all so very kind. If I ever do a pirate theme again it will sure be a lot easier now that all the kinks are worked out. I would do some things different. It has been a wonderful learning experience and I got to try out so many new things I have never even thought of cutting with the machine.
