I love shortbread! I've never made it with corn meal (flour?). Sounds really good that way!

I think it is called Corn Starch in the USA — (it's white & very fine)

I like the beautiful quilted crystal look of them. :D

I even saw those quilted jelly jars at my grocery store - they are pretty standard.

And there were 4 oz jars too - I know I saw a really cute dessert this week using that sized jar but can't remember what or where it was!! :hide:

Oh well... I think I have enough goodies to bake to keep me going until next Christmas!!! :ROFLMBO: :ROFLMBO:
