Bottle gift...

Bottle gift...

Postby LisaH » February 3rd, 2012, 10:07 am

This is a pic of one of three gifts I will be sending through the mail to my granddaughter for Valentine's Day. You can send it just like this with no other packaging... :D It is a juice bottle filled with rings, bouncy balls, necklaces, balloons, confetti and CANDY!

Ok, first of all, YOU are a grandmother?!!!! That picture of you must be 20 years old then!

And you can mail it just like that? I assume you just put the address on the outside of the bottle? That is too cool. I may have to send something like to dd at college just for the fun of it.

Yes, CeCe... you can mail things like that.... I have seen people put an address on a coconut from Hawaii and mail it home. It may take extra postage, since it may not be able to go through the machinery, but it can be mailed. Just make sure that it won't break open if it happens to end up in the bottom of the parcel container on it's trip through the system.

Thanks CeCe, that pic is from Easter 2011:)

Yes, you can mail all sorts of things with out a box or envie! It's a hoot watching them when I take stuff like that to be mailed, everyone wants to look at it cause it's odd and full of goodies! I just make sure that whatever I carry is taped well with packing tape.

Great idea Lisa! If that pic is from Easter 2011 are you sure you have a granddaughter? You look like a baby of maybe 29 to 30. Whatever you take I want some.
