My nephew turned 16 today. I sent him a text and said, "Happy Birthday Sweet 16. Have you ever been kissed? Consider this your birthday kiss!" (He does not have my number in his phone and I never call or text him.)

I get several text messages asking who I am. I said a secret admirer. He told me he had many! I replied, "Oh, really?" He kept asking who I was and I never responded.

A little while ago, he called and asked, "who is this?" I disguised my voice and said, "who is this?" I heard him tell his sister to listen to the voice and she asked the same thing. Then she asked if I sent a text to my nephew (listing his name). I said, "Who?" They hung up!

His mom is in on the whole thing. My other sister and I laughed so hard!

Again, we are a warped family!

I waited 2 hours and sent him another text wishing him Happy Birthday. He asked again who I was so I gave him some hints. I told him I was from the "Dotte", which is a term for the county where we live. He said everyone does. The next hint was that I went to Bishop Ward, where he attends. He asked when I graduated and I said '78...then asked if he had that yearbook. I then said, "isn't this fun?" He said that it was creepy.

I am sure his mom has told him by now, but I will tell him today.

I have a 14 year old nephew 2 States away but he is my FB friend. He played some game that said he married Tyler someone. I posted why wasn't I invited and I don't mind that Tyler is a boy. I got a fast reply. Her name is Tyler Amber. I have never met a girl named Tyler but I love this nephew because he is never embarrassed and he has a great sense of humour. He put up if he gets 100 likes he will shave his head and I know how much he loves his blonde hair. I replied I know a forum or two that could fill that for him and he changed it to 3,000.

I sent my nephew a text this morning asking if he figured it out. He said "Aunt Mary". My sister told him...I guess he was getting pretty mad! Oh, well, I had a good laugh as well as my other sister, one of my daughters and a friend...and all of you! I still chuckle!
