Well, I have to say my trip to see Kathy was the bestest present a girl could ask for. Until. My daughter dedicated a song on facebook to me called "Like my mother does. It made me cry. She really knows how to get at her mom (in a great way).

That's a beautiful song, Suzan - how nice of her to do that. It's by Lauren Alaina from American Idol last year- right? I think I heard her do it during the finals and since. It's a truly lovely song and I normally don't like country either, but it certainly is growing on me. There is some great music out there.

So glad Valerie did that for you!!

Sorry, I couldn't listen to it. It would make me cry and I just don't need to cry right now. I'm afraid I'm a watering pot when it comes to stuff like that....the worst is when I am driving and I listen to a song that makes me cry.

I know what you mean Kim. I listened to it with my hubby last night, and the tears just started. It really makes me proud she thinks of me this way. We have had a rough few months, but thru it all the real feelings still stand firm.
