Prayers needed

I cannot go into a lot of details at this point (as I am literally exhausted and on the phone constantly) however my ex-husband - father of three of my children - is in the hospital fighting for his life. The doctors are grasping at straws as what is causing the condition he is in. Please pray that answers that are desperately needed from someone that is not willing to provide them will come as the doctors and us are begging for help. A pastor is reaching out to this person hoping he can give her the protection of clergy that she will provide the information.

On a side note my little man Aiden is feeling better, which is a true blessing, still waiting on test results.

Come help me because this woman needs it! Praise the Lord she answered the pastor's outreach and has provided some information. At the same time we were advised that he is breathing on his own now but not out of the woods yet. We don't know a lot yet and have been asked not to come to the hospital for a few more hours as they are still trying to stabilize him. Thank you

Goodness Kathy - one thing after another lately and all so difficult. I am so sorry but glad that Aiden is feeling better, first and foremost. That has to be a huge load of your mind and heart. And grateful that the pastor was able to reach the woman who had the answers to whatever was needed. Glad to hear he is breathing on his own and hope he is stabilized soon so he can begin the recovery process.

I'm so glad Aiden is feeling better! Sorry to hear about the drama with the ex...

Just a guess here, but the non-communicative lady probably didn't want to tell what type of substances he had taken...?

Thank you all and yes Iggy you nailed that on the head because she was more worried about going to jail (as she is on felony drug probation) than saving her "boyfriend's" life.

He is stabalized now, still coming off the sedation and other meds he was on in ICU. The man has drawn the lucky straw more times than I can count. My kids are doing better now and maybe we all can get some sleep tonight! The power of thoughts and prayers is awesome, thank you all.

Hoping the next shoe to fall is my own as I kick them off to get in my pj's and play some mindless games and relax.

The day was pretty restful and the best part is that one year ago today the adoption process was finalized and Aiden legally became my son. A co-worker said it best, he became my son the day I brought him into my house (one month shy of four years ago) the state of Oregon just finally got out of the way a year ago.

Thanks everyone for your prayers and thoughts. You are all so wonderful. Now lets see if life can resume some normalcy and get back to some creating!!!
