Back from vacation!!! And trying to catch up!!

We made it back from South Dakota today! We drove through some very windy weather on our way home! It was so bad, I had to ask my husband to drive...and that is NEVER a good sign! Gusts of 60 mph winds were blowing cornstalks onto the highway and into the car. At one point, we had to cross this very long bridge, dh was driving, and the car switched from one lane to the other twice! Good thing he was driving, as heights and water and I do not get along so well! I was so scared I started crying. I am a big baby, I guess. I only let him drive for two hours! That was all I could handle of being a passenger!

Our vacation was great! I am so glad to be home! I have a lot of catching up to do on the forum! And I have so many things I want to create before heading back to work on Monday!

Glad you didn't blow away and you are home safe. These things seem to save themselves for our holidays too. The bridges in the outback are just one lane for both ways and they don't have sides on them. Done plenty of yelling too. It is safer to stay home or take a plane. We get told on TV all the time to see Australia first. I have seen enough, I think Hong Kong next would be great.
