Bluebird is a ................UPDATED with sono!!

GIRL!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I was shocked. I was convinced she was a he but they swear she's a she.LOL

Everything looked great though so it's all good. They didn't do the big ultrasound, I forget what it's called but where they measure EVERYTHING, but she peaked for me and checked the cervix. Cervix was a bit shorter only 3.678 , I think it was, this time BUT Dr. B said that's fine. He said it's very possible she just got a better view this time and it didn't really change that much. Heatbeat was 141.

Of course I go back in 2 week again, well close, I go October 17th. They will do both ultrasounds again and this time measure everything on the baby and of course the cervix again. Everything still going GREAT though!!!!!!!

Hubby says he wants her named Summer and my sisters are fighting on rather her middle name will be DeAnn or Dawn after MIsty and Dustie (Abby is named after Niki so she's good). They say now I have to hyphen it to include both but I am not agreeing to that one just yet.LMBO

I have pictures but I'll have to scan them in later. Right now, I have to finish moving some of my stuff out of hubby's way so he can work on the house when he gets home but I wanted to update you all right quick.

Great update Christy! I'm so happy all is progressing nicely.
I never managed to guess either of my kids. I was totally convinced that dd was a boy, as was my mother. Both of us were 'really????' when she was born. Can't imagine anything different now.

Congratulations. And all I know is that once the baby is born, you just know that was the child you were meant to have, whatever the sex. When my youngest was born, a girl, her brother, then 4 said, Mommy I wanted a baby brother, but I am so glad I got an Elyse! I am sure you will feel the same way!

Well as good as Summer Dawn sounds, she will more than likely be Summer Deann. Why? Because I made a promise to my sister Dustie if I ever had another girl I'd name it after her. Well Casey is not budging on Summer, and I won't ask him to, so it will have to be Summer DeAnn. I may end up having to hypen in the Dawn to keep from hurting MIsty's feelings so then she can pick I guess.LOL I just don't want either of my sisters upset.LOL

Christy, I love baby girls and I love baby boys. I love babies. I love healthy best of all.
Please don't call her Summer Dawn. It sounds like a surfing movie or an old hippie. She won't like you later. My daughter still hasn't forgiven me for her middle names. She asks why they couldn't be normal ones and if asked she tells people she doesn't have any. Summer Deann is nice.
I must have missed something but are they worried about you carrying this little one? Why do they keep measuring the cervix? They didn't do that to me until the end. Do you mean you have already dilated that much so soon? If so then go lay down still somewhere right now. Do you have all girls already? Snoopy aren't I.

That is why my daughter is not named for any of my siblings. She would have 10 names. That is what I would call hyphenated.
