CeCe, That means you can't take anything with cortisone in it. The reaction is called Cortisone psychosis and I get it too. I go from a mouse to a lion and don't anyone friend or stranger let me near a knife.

Unfortunately I have to take prednisone for asthma flare ups, whether it makes me cranky, crazy, unable to sleep, etc., or not. They just haven't found anything better, and as the doctor says, you need to be able to breathe. So...... I have tried getting better with inhalers, breathing treatments, and avoiding the prednisone, but found if I start the prednisone sooner, then I need less of it, so just best to take it and get on with it.

Retta I believe in Jesus name not only will they figure out what is wrong, but you will also be totally healed. Our God is an awesome God nothing is to big for HIM.

CeCe, I have had a lot of it for food allergies and asthma. Now I stay away from the foods I know will cause problems and I use an inhaler with no cortisone. I do have to admit if I use the preventer with cortisone my asthma is much better but that amount does not give me Cortisone psychosis. It is the 6 month courses of pills and when I have surgery that causes it.
