Never throw away good scraps of paper.
I was up to the star of david part for my inside box. The only blue paper I have is the cruddy SU paper, which I tried yet again to cut, which is terrible. The star of david is usually blue, so it really had to be blue. This star has very sharp pointed angles which of course is a little harder.
Getting a little panicky, as the other alternative was to cut chipboard and paint (but at this late date - ehhhewwwwwww.), went through my scraps and found the leftover canson watercolor paper I used to test cut the box. There was enough left to do the star. It's a light blue (really needed a deeper blue), but I'll take anything!
I am almost ready to post the box photos, but have a question..I want to sprinkle a little glitter on the star of david (technically the star of david is blue and white). I have dazzling diamonds (white) from stampin up. Usually I use glossy accents, but I do not want any dimensional look. So what is best to use? versa mark? anything else?
I will probably post photos tonight...
