Penny Duncan, SVG Viewer Windows 7 Renisis

I found one on your site called the Renisis, but it doesn't open my svg files. Is there some trick to it?

Yes, there is. You have to stand up and turn 3 times saying; Black Cat, Black Cat make it work so I can see what I want to cut on my mat and than roar(like a cougar or lynx)! :hide: :ROFLMBO: Sorry, I couldn't help myself because I have no idea. Came in here hoping to help but am clueless; sorry. Hope you don't take offense to this as just kiddin'.

Glad nobody got upset with me; just figured what the heck. When someone finds out the answer from Penny make sure someone lets us all know about it.

ROFL.....LOVE your responses......Sorry...I'm just seeing this.....I'm WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY behind on reading the board....Sadly I WISH I had a better answer but I don't... ;( At one time Renesis worked.....and also Adobe SVG viewer......while I was using Vista....but since going to Windows 7......neither work.......I've given up on wanting to see mine....LOL I just open it if I need to see.......

I found this one earlier this morning — it's not a freebie, but you can try before you buy :)

Infranview is another viewer that is free.

http://www.irfanview.com/

I use it sometimes when I want to see my SVGs. However, I usually take the time to open my SVGs in a graphics program and save the image as a jpeg in the same folder, so I can see the image and have the SVG all in the same folder. It does take more room on your hard drive, but I like having the image in the same folder with out having to open another program to see the SVGs.

I agree with you Penny! I love the fact that I can now also see all my photoshop & psp files too without having to rely on external thumbnail handlers & plugins — definitely worth the money.
