CeCe, I'm so sorry that I'm just seeing this post and answering it. I'm so sorry about your mom's passing. I believe she is defineltly with our Lord. Isn't it great how He can come and calm us through things such as the animals. You are totally correct about coming to Jesus as a child. I hope that God can be with you and keep you in His arms during this time.

CeCe, I believe it was your mother letting you know she is fine and still with you. I have heard so many stories about this being done with birds and butterflies. Some use coins and feathers, leaving them around your home. My mother used coins, she was not an animal or bird person.
I know she is with our Lord but she is still watching over you.
