Where does SCAL cut

So I tried to cut with Scal, and it worked fine. I liked the cougar plug in. The force and velocity seemed to actually set correctly from the software, and I like that you can save your settings through that. You can also control the length of the blade overcut and it asks if you are using a pen or a blade to control your offsets and overcut (both of which aren't needed if you aren't using a blade). I do wish it had better copy/paste functionality between programs as well as pasting into the trace dialog.

Has anyone figured out exactly where it will cut? I can get it to cut in the correct orientation within a cm range, but not dead on wysiwyg. It is close to setting the laser to the 2 inch mark from what I can tell. I could take the time and try and figure it out exactly, but thought I'd ask first to see if anyone has done it.

I know Dawn did a tutorial here. And the settings weren't the same as MTC. I think it was 2" one way and 1.5 the other way. Which doesn't still make sense to me at all in either program. I guess I am too spoiled by sign cut. I will look and see what I can find tyler.

Wow I can't believe I found this Tyler, this is a tutorial Dawn did, I know it talks about the Mac but it also shows where to line up to cut for all. I hope this means I will have a productive day. LOL
