Measurement not matching up

I had a rectangle to cut, each side was made of a separate cutting line and grouped together to make a rectangular object.
I needed to alter the size and did this by entering the height and width I wanted which were 102mm by 57mm. There were four of these objects to cut out on one sheet of card.

The card was put through the SB but the size that was cut was approx 5mm less for both measurements.
Looked at the height and width and they were still showing 102mm by 57mm per object.

Using the measurement tool I checked the drawing on the screen and it showed the actual measurements that were cut and not the height and width as shown in the object size.

So after wasting time and card stock twice I deleted the drawn cutting lines and made the shapes using the rectangle tool instead, all measurements now correspond with each other.
