Good Afternoon, I Have a SB 24 inches and SCAL 4 pro but when I make a cut my silver bullet cut 2 lines on the design CAN YOU HELP ME?

You probably have a line hidden on your design. Can you please upload the file - its impossible to know what the problem might be without seeing the design? We need to see what you are trying to cut. If you upload it, please do so as an svg or you can send the file (svg or scut format) to admin@silverbulletcutters.com.

You might also have it set to outline and fill.

Is it possible your blade is set too low? To properly set the blade, you'll need to use the blade spacer that came with the machine.

Can you clarify about the two lines - some of us are thinking that it's two separate lines and others are thinking that it's multi-cut (cutting twice in the same place. (which by the way, be sure your multicut is not set to 2!).
