Need to download software to new device

My Mac has died....died. I can not turn it on to remove the device from the laptop and now I am having problems activating sure cuts a lot 3 onto my new laptop. Is there a trick to this or do I have to buy the software again?

No you don't have to buy the software again - just download it and install it using your serial code.

If you already had two activations then you will need to contact Craftedge so they can deactivate it on the one that died.
