Just downloaded it and it was unable to delete old files to replace with the new. Had to abort the installation.

Did anyone notice there is a long pause before it actually cuts. It did that but otherwise it seems to work great. And no it wasn't a large project.

I am sure it is my wonderful fab, new computer that I am ready to throw out the window. LOL. I told Bryan last night to bring my old one home. I would rather have to deal with it's issues than this new one.

Has anyone had any issues with using SCAL with a serial cable instead of USB on the Silver Bullet.

Mine wouldn't work but runs fine from USB, but then again didn't take much time to play around with it either, just plugged in the USB because I wanted to play right then...LOL

I just updated my sure cuts alot, and I can not print and cut right. I have calibrated it and it is still off. I've been able to print and cut before so I know how to do it, but for some reason my cuts are off now. Also, the velocity changes back to very high every time I do something different (very aggravating). I would love for sometone to tell me that I'm doing something wrong. I'm about to toss a few things out..lol.

As far as the velocity goes, do you accidentally have it checked for the software to set your force and velocity?

Not sure why your print and cuts - you say you have calibrated but it's off. Have you made the adjustments to the x and y values to make up the difference, depending on which way it's off? The directions on how to do that are in the learning center.

There is a bug regarding the speed for print and cut in version 3.032
It is fixed in the next update, but you can get round it for the moment by setting the force and speed in the software when doing print and cut

Yeah, I can have my SB set at 750...600...anything...and when I print n cut it drops to 450...then I have to reset it...LOL it took me c few times, thinking I had lost it, before I realized what was happening! Talked to Penny, and it dawned on her that hers was doing the same thing...she thought it was just something she was doing as we'll!!! LOL so we both thought we were going nutty! (Short trip for me, I know :D)
