SCAL3 Version 3.024 Crashing

I have been having SCAL3 crash on me when using the lattice feature. When I try to do the cut I get message "program has quit working ect..." and shuts down. Has anyone else experienced this? I had never used this feature in previous build so I don't know if it's the upgrade or not. .. I submitted a ticket to Craft Edge support but was curious if anyone else had experienced this.

just used it and It has not crashed yet for me I am running window 5 64 bit system with 4 GB ram.
