Don't have a clue, unless it is antivirus or firewall blocking. I don't know, wish I knew more.

Thanks Suzan. It now randomly will/will not cut when I send it to the cutter, but it also just randomly stops working now while using the program...not just when I am sending it to cut....while using it....

I am not sure either - I know how to use SCAL, but have not cut with it to the cougar. Have you restarted your computer? I will keep thinking. It almost sounds like there could be a problem with it not closing the communication after the first cut so you can cut once and then not again. I am not sure though.

May be worth a try to double check your driver settings through device manager, just to make sure it is all there okay. I'm sorry I don't know more - I hate just throwing stuff out there to try!

You may also check out the SCAL board or email craft edge.

I never finished what I was typing yesterday sorry. Question when you re-install do you remove it first? if not they try un-installing then reboot your computer to clean out the registry, then re-install using admin. I am like Tyler I hate throwing things out there blindly. But these are things I would try to do.
