Updating to Windows 10 error

Needing help pls! H
I'm having issues getting into my SCAL4 program. I updated to Windows 10 yesterday and it seems to have lost all saved settings/passwords I had. When I try and open the program it's telling me it's still the demo mode and I need to enter my serial number and Name so I enter the one given to me when i purchased my silver bullet cutter. It seems happy with the code but then opens a little error boxsaying Trial Version has expired and I need to purchase a licence and won't open the program at all. Do you have any ideas as to what is going on? I have sooo many orders to cut today. Thanks

Sorry you had trouble with the upgrading. I don't recall anyone else having an issue with SCAL. You can email Brandon at info@craftedge.com and explain the situation. Explain the situation along with the code you are using and I am sure he will be able to either validate that code or give you a new one.
