help me please!

As many here know, I started cutting on the gazzy, and upgraded to BC Cougar I would say around 2010.

I still have the gazzy and I still have the gazzy driver (i.e. cut OK)

All of a sudden, today, I began getting weird messages in windows saying the driver is not compatible with windows and it keeps flashing.

Is anyone experiencing anything like this? I can't ask BK as they closed. I figured someone here would know.

Have you upgraded the software and drivers that are running the cougar? That is where I would start.

It could be your motherboard, but I would want to be sure you are running the most recent version of the software and drivers first.

motherboard on the cutter or the computer?

The cutter is not connected. I am getting this driver pop up unprovoked in windows without any connection made. The fault is with the Cut OK driver (which means gazzy).

Gigi - I figured out what happened. I was working on some documents, and, accidentally, sent it to the cut OK drive - oy VEH!

That's why I was getting unprovoked pop ups. whew!

Oh geesh!!! Well good to know that it wasn't the machine - just the computer!! :) Glad you figured it out!
