So, you know how you can do a union of two objects in SCAL to make one whole object? I'm working in Inkscape and just can't seem to pull it off. I've tried doing stroke to path, object to path, etc. When I highlight my objects (which are ungrouped), I can't get them to "fuse". Any ideas? Fondly, Tami

Hey Tami...In SCAL its called MERGE...... but as a side note...when doing it in Inkscape....even though I'm sure you've already done this.....select all the items and do Object, Ungroup several times......then try doing Path, Object to Path....then Path, Union.......
Have a Blessed Day...Penny Duncan

Happy Anniversary!!! Penny explained all that so well. I might add, I've found things need to be complete ungrounded to do path union or path exclude etc. Penny did that with her explanation. I might add the location of the path union is the location for all tho great options for making your shapes join together or exclude.
