Simplifying in Inkscape

Is there a way to control the simplification in inkscape. In Illustrator if I choose simplify it brings up a window that allows me to set my percentage. I was messing with inkscape and didn't see that or anything like that. But I don't use the software very often so I could be totally missing it.

Yes, I just posted in another thread.
Go to Inkscape preferences and then to Misc right down at the bottom.
Change the figures in the simplification threshold box.
I have mine set low at 0.0001
