convert rhinestone template to solid lines?

I need this file in solid line form, so it can be cut in htv. It is for a costume for our school musical. I know how to convert files to rhinestone template, but not the other way around lol. Of course they need this asap-the musical is next week...
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you trace the image in Inkscape using the Bezier curve tool, and create it that way?? I would try to work on it for you, but I don't have time this morning,(and I'm not that good at it). I think MTC has that ability now also if you don't use Inkscape. I don't know of any quick way to turn circles into lines.

thank you both so very much!!! They are both fabulous, nearly the same. I really appreciate the help.

WOW!! Talk about help times two!!

I used MTC and traced pic into there, put it on 1 layer, made it visible to another layer and traced with my pen and tablet, then welded tracing lines together.

I bet Rachell has a quicker way!! LOL

Basically the same but used inkscape and as I drew a section did s stroke to path and that way when ibrought it over to MTC I could weld it better and then just edit nodes
