reg marks on a 12 x 12 page pnc help

I have the template for reg marks on my letter size PNC that I downloaded from here, I read here that you need to ungroup and move two at a time so that they are all perfectly aligned, what I could not find is how far from the edge they need to be. I looked and searched everywhere. I got a new printer, epson 1430, and it prints borderless at 12x12, but not borderless at 8.5x11. So I was able to move them and align them but not sure how far from border to put the reg marks. This is for inkscape and signcut!

I have moved mine before. And if I remember correctly just make sure they are with in your print borders. I know when I go to print in Illustrator it will show a dotted print area. I think MTC does that also

You can move them out, but make sure they still stay lined up horizontally and vertically. You can select the two on the left and move them out, constraining them to the horizon. Then select the two registration marks on the top and move them up, constraining them to the vertically (I don't think it would be called verizon, would it? ).
