Diane, Good Question! LOL I saw something similar made of metal at the assisted livng center where my mother-in-law used to live, and I kind of liked them! I decided to make the first one all pink, and then I had a light bulb go off....October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and at our college, we do a lot of fundraising during that month. I will probably make some and put them in gift baskets that are raffled off. I still need to put the pink ribbon on Miss October's dress. I was going to name her Miss Lucy, after my motherin-law, but decided that I better not do that...for many reasons. (One, she is my mother-in-law who is not so nice to me at times and second, when something happens to her, which could be very soon, I don't want the doll associated with her name.)

As for the others, I fill find places to use them. Maybe for birthdays for friends during that month. I have June designed, but not cut and assembled. It is easier for me to design, as it takes more time to cut and glue! LOL I have one that I want to make for a friend...her last name is Moody...she will really get a kick out of it! Because everyday, she is "Moody"!

Or, I can make "pin up" calendars for dh and sons! LOL Do you think that they will mind that they are fully clothed?

She's adorable, Mary! Love her hair and crown.
