A memorial card

A memorial card

Postby Jana » May 23rd, 2015, 3:03 pm

This is my first project using my Silver Bullet Pro and SCAL4. My family lost a beloved fur baby on Monday. I made this as a memorial to sit on or near her urn. Working with my SB and SCAL4 made making this a breeze!

Beautiful! So sorry for your loss. It is so difficult when one of our loved ones passes, even the furry ones. Maybe more so, because they love us unconditionally. And always greet us with their wagging tails.

That card is exquisite. What a touching memorial to your beloved fur baby. I agree with Kim - it is one of the hardest losses because they love us no matter what and ask for so little. I have two rescues and could not love them more. Every time I lose a dog I think I am not going to get another one because the pain is so intense, but then my heart opens up again as it heals........ and another one settles in a new place in my heart....

Such a beautiful first project. Thanks for sharing the memorial display and the story behind it.
