Easter Cards

Easter Cards

Postby Sassycutter » March 24th, 2015, 10:36 pm

I wanted to share photos of some Easter cards that I made for a monthly card swap that I belong to.

OMG - those are so beautiful. What a great idea to use ribbon to create the lattice work and add pearls. They look so elegant.
They are just stunning. Wow! Thanks so much for sharing them with us (and yikes - I am still behind on birthday cards and haven't started Easter yet!)

Even your background papers were so carefully and thoughtfully placed. Just really lovely!

Sassycutter - good to see you here and sharing your latest cards. I agree with Gigi and Jan - Beautiful work! Thanks so much for sharing the picture. I am so far behind on cards that I should probably skip ahead now to the end of the year and start on next year's - then maybe I would be caught up by the time it gets here! ;)

Oh I can dream!!! Happy to have someone whip me into shape. I used to be so punctual with cards - even ahead of schedule. Those days seem to be in the past......... happy to already make new goals for the future! (and I need to give up some of the volunteer stuff that is creating havoc in my life - way over-committed!!) :hide:

Thanks, girls! :D :D Being in a monthly card swap kind of "encourages" me to keep up with my card making. Thank heavens I only had to make eight of these puppies. They were VERY labor intensive, but I've been slacking off on my last few card swaps :hide: so I figured I'd better step up my game.
