Some of my signs :)

Some of my signs :)

Postby cduchx » March 30th, 2014, 5:10 pm

These are the product of my midnight crafting :) All signs are wood, some stained or painted - and vinyl lettering :)
Thanks for looking :)

Oh WOW....those are fantastic! I think I love the "Choices" the best also. But the sunshine one would go big here where I live. One of our former govenors that was from our town sang that song and was famous for it. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks everyone - my crafts truly keep me sane! I feel like a zombie sometimes when I don't have time to get creative - as I'm sure we all do :)

Any ideas of new color combos? I have ALOT of paint..I'm a paint hoarder... my friends give me their left over wall paint :) I finally downsized and put each color into quart canning jars. I can see them all now and don't have to dig through all of those cans :)

How about some greens? Light green/dark green; bright green/aqua; green/brown green with anything makes me happy!

I did a lime green chevron over a dark stain...but my lettering didn't show up well :( Thinking I'll re-do it and put white behind the letters :)

We have a snow day this afternoon so I'm heading to my craft room as long as the electricity stays on :)

Yes, the white behind the lime green will not only make the lettering stand out, but it really shows off the lime green color. I've done that on several things and love the results.

We still heat with wood, too. I love the warmth, but I'm ready to give it up and let the sun do its thing for a few months!
