I played with paper and SVGCUTS files

Postby rachellann » July 26th, 2013, 7:30 pm

I played today with some files from svgcuts and followed one of their artists how to for some of their mixed files. and others. The new kit that has the VW bus was cool and easy to put together then did the Sled which was first done by Thienly Azim, she does some awseome file combinations. Also did her version of the Ice cream cart and the grand father clock just have to get to the store to get the clock workings but will do that another day to finish it up.. here is her blog.spot. Stop by and check it out.

below is the Ice cream cart before I got the umbrella on it and the sled.
Oh and don't worry about the mouse overlooking the sled that is my screen saver. LOL

Those are way cool RachelAnn.. I have been wanting to make the sled for awhile and haven't gotten around to it yet. You just may have pushed me oer the edge to get it done.

Great files and I love the mouse! That pic is really hilarious. If the sled was life-size the mouse would be a giant! Good work on both!

Beautiful job Rach! I am "hoping" to get some time tomorrow to cut some things. Have to do a demo and since the machine is set up I might get something done....I don't know how some of you find the time....I am just getting to the forum after weeks....

Very nice Rachellann. They are both very nice. I especially like the sled though. You decked it out beautifully.

Oh just love both of them. The sled is my favorite. But I'm just thinking how great and my mom would love it.

Thanks the sled is about 12 " tall and I love the fact when family first see it they think it is wood but when they pick it up realize it is all paper.

Looks great Rach. I have been busy with making t-shirts, sublimating mugs, etc. for a new VB club in town so I haven't gotten to do much else for several weeks now! Hopefully, I will get to cut some paper soon. Have been using my cutter, given it quite a work out cutting HTV lately!

Hi! This is so much fun - really cute! The mouse would probably like to have a ride on your sled (if he were real!)
