My latest projects

My latest projects

Postby kmmhug » April 7th, 2013, 2:20 pm

I realize these are a little late, but some of the things I have been working on lately are:

The first is a set of new holders for all my sissors and tools that my amazingly talented husband designed, wrote a program for, and cut out for me on the CNC machines where he works. He has made holders for all sorts of my scrap stuff and it is so nice to have places for things. :D :D

The other pictures are my mom's birthday card and my ornament tree redone with Easter Decor and the Easter Swag I made. I have been working this year on making a set of ornaments for each season, holiday, etc to go on that little tree and then laminating them so that I will have them for the future. It is a lot of work, but really fun.

I agree with everyone else. The holders your husband made are AWESOME. And the peacock card is so beautiful.

Love the Easter decorations - what a great job! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks!

I am so excited about the new holders my husband made. They are just so perfect for me. I have a small area so it is important to me to make each spot as functional as possible.

Awesome job on everything. Its great to have a good and handy DH to make you great craft storage for your tools! I have one of those kind too! Several things in my craftroom that he did too. That and the fact that he tells everyone getting married the secret to a happy marriage is two little words, "Yes, Dear" - has kept us happily married for soon to be 28 years! ;) :ROFLMBO:

I agree! After all, he picked me! :ROFLMBO: I share his "advise" all the time with other men myself! :D

@kkmhug - he is the one who taught me doing the job right required you having the "right" tool for the job as well! ;) I think he regrets that sometimes when he walks into my craft room! :ROFLMBO: I think I will show him some of your "storage" devices your husband made. They look great and quite handy to have! Thanks again for sharing the pics!
